Challenge

The client was struggling with manual inventory tracking and billing they handled offline, which often led to stock mismatches, delayed order fulfillment, and difficulty maintaining accurate records during market-sales or customer walk-ins. They needed a system that allows real-time stock visibility, offline invoice generation, and smoother order processing to reduce errors and improve trust with customers.

What we did

• Research & Analysis: Investigated the existing supply chain, billing methods, stock flow, and user pain points (both for online and offline stores sales). • Theme Implementation: Implemented a refined, responsive WordPress theme tailored for natural & organic ecommerce branding, improved product layouts, and a cleaner UX. • Plugin Development: Built custom backend features for stock management (tracking inventory, low stock alerts, stock adjustments) and offline bill/invoice generation to work even when internet connectivity is limited.

•Product catalogue (honey, ghee, etc.) with category & “shop by product” sections showing organic, raw, specialty items.
•Account system: login / create account for customers, order history, shopping cart.
