Challenge

Lantern.ie needed to move beyond static event listings and simplify how they managed ticket sales and event administration. Their earlier setup scattered event data across spreadsheets or third-party tools, making ticket tracking, show updates, and customer communication cumbersome. The client wanted a unified system that lets them easily list events, manage ticket sales, and keep everything in sync — including online bookings, show info, and festival schedules.

What we did

• UX/UI Design: Created intuitive designs (wireframes & mockups) that make it easy for users to browse events, view details, and book tickets. • Website Design: Designed and built a modern, responsive site that showcases upcoming/past shows, artist line-ups, festival information, and event images. • Plugin Development (Tickets Management): Developed a custom ticketing plugin including features like ticket types, seat or admission options, booking confirmation, availability tracking, and integration with payment / booking workflows.

Recognition

•Event website design and develop to host events, list, manage bookings, sell tickets with payment gateway integration
•Listings of Upcoming Shows & Past Shows with detailed event pages (date, venue, artist, ticket price)
•Easy “Book Now” / ticket purchase flow integrated on event pages
•Search / Filter on shows or festivals by date, category or venue
•Festival overview pages and menu to browse by “Festivals”, “Shows”, “News” etc.
•100% — Milestone Delivery (On schedule)
