Challenge

Sargam Group builds residential and commercial projects in Gujarat. Like most developers, its work runs on three tracks at the same time: the site, where material arrives and is used every day; the sales office, where enquiries turn into bookings; and the back office, where approvals, agreements, payments and handovers are managed. Before this project, each track had its own spreadsheets, registers and WhatsApp groups.

What we did

We designed a custom construction ERP around how Sargam Group actually works, with one record for each project, unit and customer across nine integrated modules: Projects & Stages, Inventory & Stock Management, Unit/Block Booking, CRM & Leads, WhatsApp Automation, Document Management, AI Implementation, Possession & Project Handover, and Dashboards & Reports.
